MEET ANDREA

Andrea got her start at a small market research company outside of Boston in 1994. She quickly realized that what she loved was applying her knowledge and insight to the data, developing meaningful recommendations for clients, and having an impact on how the learning could help move her clients forward. Executing research wasn't enough. She wanted to answer the question "What now?"

That desire brought Andrea to the Research and Planning Department at Leo Burnett in Chicago, where she spent 4 years learning from titans of the advertising industry on some of the country's best known brands, including McDonald's and Kraft. Being the mid-90s, it was the time of big clients, big budgets, and big projects; LBCo was a wonderful place to develop and hone her skills. But unfortunately for a girl who grew up on the beach, there was no ocean in Chicago, just a big lake. It was time to say a fond farewell to the midwest.

And so Andrea returned to Boston in 1999 to work at Arnold Worldwide and dip her toes in the Atlantic. She quickly established herself at Arnold, working on the successful pitch team for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and the award-winning Volkswagen account. Her innovative research and subsequent insights not only drove the launch of the New Beetle Convertible and its much-lauded creative campaign, but won a AAAA's Account Planning Award as well.

Andrea then joined forces with two former Arnold co-workers, taking on the role of Planning Director at Fort Franklin, a highly creative boutique agency in Boston's South End. When Fort Franklin was purchased by Connelly Partners five years later, Andrea remained on for an additional seven years, leading Planning efforts for a number of major clients, including Wyman's, Kayem, al fresco, Salem Five Bank, and Four Seasons.

In 2017, Andrea launched Trident Strategy Partners and hasn't looked back. She is absolutely thrilled to be back on the front-lines of research again, doing what she loves best.

Andrea is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University, with a degree in Psychology. She is very happy to be living in a beach town south of Boston with her husband, three teenage children, and two cats. When she's not asking questions, Andrea can be found reading a good book, running, watching and coaching her kids' teams, or enjoying time at the beach.
